1993-95

The company picks up more land and caters to the growing need for commercial spaces in Bangalore-Money Chambers are followed by a series of standalone commercial buildings.

1999

Large commercial projects Size 30- 50 K sift. Continues to cater to commercial needs. More residential projects underway.

2001-2002

Growing demand for commercial spaces by Multinational Companies. Company emerges front runner in quality and delivery schedules. Establishes credential as a trusted builder with world class capabilities.

2011-2013

  • Company completes 15 million sft, 12 million under construction,30 million in stages of design and development
  • Looks inward to enhance processes and greater preparedness for geographical spread- SAP initiated and completed.
  • Residential project Necklace Pride -1.6 million sft-Live , work and play concept launched in central Hyderabad.
